About The Youth Crime Prevention Coalition
The YCPC is a segment of a larger nonpartisan coalition whose purpose is to cooperate and collaborate with communities to prevent crime. YCPC's philosophy deeply stems within the idea of raising awareness of the realities our future generations face and preventing these hardships from straying a youth away from potential positive opportunities. The goal of the Save The Youth event is to define violence as a health issue and to educate the public on the underlining societal issues that feed the cycle of gun violence in the United States. The Save the Youth event will cover prevention ideas small and large, with the intended goal of uniting all efforts! Join our fight against youth violence - for a healthier Jersey City!
