If you've been able to join me for online classes, thank you SO much! During this time, it’s been incredibly inspiring and healing to be together virtually. And, even more wonderful with your family members popping in, including all the dogs and cats! While taking online classes, please remember to listen to your body, modify as you need, and move with awareness. Please stay safe and healthy, and continue practices that keep you elevated and strong! 

Over the last few months, we've been offered the space to sit in observation, and to unearth and reflect upon ourselves. This gives us the opportunity to take root, or re-root ourselves, as we do throughout our lives. At the beginning of the year I envisioned my first 2020 workshop would be about this very thing, "Taking Root." And now, here we all are having to take root at home, and re-root ourselves into a new way of being! I hope you can join me on Saturday, May 30. For all the details and to register, click here.

Online Classes at Yoga Journey
EVENINGS: Mon at 6:00-7:30pm
MORNINGS: Tues-Fri at 9:15-10:30am
My all-levels Vinyasa classes at Yoga Journey available on Zoom!
  1. Register for Class at MindBody or at yogajourney.com. Registration closes 30 minutes before class begins – please sign up early! 
  2. Download the Zoom app.
  3. 5-10 minutes before class begins you'll receive an email with the link for the class. (If you don't get it, check your spam.)
  4. Once you receive the link, connect to the class and enjoy!
  5. IMPORTANT! If you can't tune in to the class live, you will be emailed a link to the recording and can access it up until midnight that day.
YOGA JOURNEY IS RE-OPENING ON JUNE 1! You can choose to practice in-studio or online, as we will be continuing our classes on Zoom.
