Dear <<First Name>>,

hope you, your family and friends are all well.
How are you coping in this lock down situation?

How can a Mindfulness approach help you to discover hidden gems in your new daily life?
There are lorts of little things you can do:
- on your daily outings for fitness you can pay special attention to one of these things:
-- one particular colour - where do you see it?
-- what sounds can you hear, now that there is way less noise through traffic?
-- what do you smell? it is amazing how theair has cleared and all these beautiful sents of
                trees and flowers come through
-- taking one picture a day, making a image daiary
(this can also be done even if you can not leave your house)
-- getting the app 1SE where you take one short video snippets every day which
then are assmebled to a little 30 second video every month
I hope this can give you some inspiration and maybe you have dioscovered other things that help you. It would be lovely to hear from you. Come and share after our sessions on Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday.
