Resilience Now:
A great resource to help parents work and school from home.
Connecting after the 2018 World Postive Education Accelerator, a group of education wellbeing experts came together to continue the flourishing of Positive Education. In the last few weeks, the group has created a resource called Resilience Now, an easy to digest weekly tip (including how tos and why they work) for parents helping their families build resilience.
With 225 years of collective experience, the group uses Wellbeing sciences such as Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, and Appreciative Inquiry to help create opportunities for more happiness and resilience.
This week's tip is a Happiness Check In, which is focused on staying in touch with the emotional temperature of your kids.
