Hi <<First Name>>,
Don't lose hope. It can be difficult to be hope filled when you are worn out. Maybe you are finding yourself tired lately. You are just PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, and SPIRITUALLY drained. If you are, who can blame you?
There are three things that I recommend you do:
- TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Yes, take care of yourself by eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough rest.
- REACH OUT TO SOMEONE. Reach out to a trusted friend. Find someone to talk to about what you are experiencing. Just tell them what's going on. Say, “I need help! I’m feeling worn out, overwhelmed, stressed and I need to talk about it.” One of the many reasons to participate in a Life Group is to cultivate healthy relational connections centered in Christ. If you are not in a Life Group, you can find a list of our Life Groups by clicking here.
- REACH OUT TO GOD. Hold onto God’s Promises when you are battling physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual fatigue. Always remember, when you can't, God CAN. In the Old Testament book of Isaiah chapter 43 we read God’s words to His People:
-
Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. 3 For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior;
REMEMBER, WHEN YOU CAN’T GOD CAN!!!
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU
