Student Message from

VIDEO

Dear Hope Families,

Now that Distance Learning is underway, we want your students to be able to get back all of their personal belongings that may still be at school, so we’ve planned a process that should facilitate everyone being able to retrieve student materials in a safe manner.

Teachers will be coming to the classrooms to put student belongings into bags and tagging them with your child’s name, class and Family Car Line number on it.  We will have those bags grouped by family number and set out on the sidewalk by 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM on the following days:

  • Monday, April 27th - Family numbers 1- 50

  • Tuesday, April 28th - Family numbers 51 - 100

  • Wednesday, April 29th - Family numbers 101 - 150

  • Thursday, April 30th - Family numbers 151 - 200

  • Friday, May 1 - Family numbers 201 - 250 & other preschool families

Just drive up and load your bags into your car.  If others are also there, please keep a safe social distance.  In addition, there will be a drop off box for any textbooks that the students no longer need at this time and teacher/classroom library books that your child is ready to return.  Please put your child’s name and classroom number on the books so we know who returned them. If you absolutely cannot make the date scheduled for your pick up, please call the office at 971/226-7500 or email programs@hopeccs.org to select another day and we will try to accommodate you.

We will have another drop off at the very end of the school year to return all the laptops, Ipads, and any other school books that are being borrowed until June 12th.

Stay Safe,

HCCS Staff
