Oh, y'all this is all so hard. We remain hopeful as we continue to look towards (and attempt to plan for) the uncertainty that lies ahead. We recognize that social distancing and stay-at-home orders present a tremendous burden upon your business as retailers and shop owners. You continue to impress us daily in your creativity and passion as you make the most of a dire situation. As we hope you are aware, we take the role of being a supplier to your business very seriously. So much about retail is changing, and we’re here for you. Specifically, here are our commitments to you:
- Uninterrupted fulfillment of orders. - We will continue to offer prompt fulfillment and shipping of any wholesale order placed or scheduled.
- No minimums on reorders - We've gotten rid of the $100 reorder amount minimum to help ease cashflow when purchasing. Buy the amount you need, when you need it.
- Increased time to pay for orders (Net 60 terms available!). Learn more.
A few more details-- As we have all worked to prevent the spread of COVID-19, our Park Circle studio has been closed to the public since Monday, March 16, and our employee has also been on leave since this time (We miss him so much!). As a team of two, we remain diligent in our efforts to quarantine & socially distance ourselves from the public and have increased disinfection and cleaning at the studio. Because of this, we are confident in our ability to continue to provide high-quality service and products to you, and fulfillment of any orders will continue as promised.
