When people go to Italy, they come home talking about the beauty and the food. Everyone loves the way the Italians prepare food. Here is an opportunity to learn from Luca, the owner of two Cultural Schools in Bologna, Italy, that specialize in teaching Italian cooking. Luca is a Sommelier, a judge at the prestigious International Cheese contest, and a master of creating delicious food! He will teach us the secrets of preparing a wonderful meal at home. A lot of us are in a situation where we have to stay home, waiting for this virus to pass. We felt these cooking classes would help this staying at home situation, giving us something to look forward to. And in this environment knowing how to whip up some restaurant quality food in your kitchen, is a good skill to have! We keep these virtual classes very small, so you can interact with each other and with Luca.
Join Fulchino Vineyard online as we hold Virtual Cooking Classes in combination with Luca & Rosanna from ALCE Bologna Schools in Bologna Italy! Here is your opportunity to learn the secrets of Italian cooking, straight from the source! Your ticket will grant you, and anyone with you in your kitchen a portal for the assigned cooking class* From the portal you will be able to interact with Luca & Rossana in Italy and they with you, while we all learn, prepare, eat & drink together, the Italian way! Luca is a renowned Chef, Sommelier, International Cheese Judge and he and Rosssana are Proprietors of the ALCE Bologna Cooking Schools. Luca and Rossana will teach us how the Italians prepare such delicious foods with a hands on approach. You will be given a list of ingredients in the week leading up to the class and you will need to secure those ingredients for the class. You will need to download the Zoom app on either an IPAD, Laptop or Cell Phone that you can use in your kitchen. These are small classes where we are all interacting with each other online. You will have the time and attention to learn and prepare your fantastic Italian Meal! The first 2 classes are listed below, please allow over 3 hours for the April 4th Class & 4 hours for the special Easter Class on April 11, 2020.
We have a special class coming in May! It will be open to anyone who has taken one of our April Cooking classes! It is Italian Street Food and will be first come first serve to people who have taken at least one of the April classes!

The safety of visitors, loyal customers and staff of Fulchino Vineyard is our greatest priority so our tasting room is temporarily closed to the public for wine tasting and on-site wine consumption. We do this with a heavy heart, but we must all work together for the good of the community.
