Dear <<First Name>>,
I hope this finds you safe and well. Over here, we are wrapping up the 4th week of being in this new world. The Virus (I just decided to call it that right now, heavy emphasis on the capital V) has been teaching me many things, including:
- To truly appreciate my home, my safety, my partner, fresh food, clean water
- How to step out of my comfort zone (hello, YouTube!)
- To be tender with myself (and others), in the natural oscillations between positivity and negativity
- To reflect on where I’ve been and where I’m going.
It is definitely a growth moment, which feels fitting for this time of year (it’s spring, by the way. Oh, and it’s Thursday, FYI). Spring is a time of renewal, and even though it’s been happening in a fit of spurts and sparks (what’s with all the snow?!), it is indeed happening. Mother Nature marches on. Life begins again. And after that, death, too. Whether we decide to go along for the ride is up to us.
In every year of offering the Ayurvedic Spring Reset, it is an encouragement to actively engage in this practice of renewal. This year, it feels all the more vital to do so. I am excited to offer this year’s Reset as a completely digital experience - providing a flexible framework for you to move through at your own pace that can be adapted to your current situation.
When we engage in this process, we realign with what nourishes and serves us. Now, more than ever, let’s endeavour to clear out stagnation, boost our immune system, and cultivate strength to restore well-being.
Dive into:
- The foundations of the Ayurvedic way of living (find a basic definition of Ayurveda here)
- A deeper understanding of the body-mind-spirit relationships
- A detailed 5-day protocol of morning/evening practices, food choices, and more.
Course access for 30 days includes videos, guided audio meditations, recipes, journaling exercises, etc - all of which offer a self-initiated process towards deeper rest, improved digestion, and steady clarity.
As we take the courageous act of healing our individual selves, may it enable the healing of our communities, our planet - our collective self. Of all the lessons that the Virus is teaching me, it comes back to this: that we are in this together.
Find more details about the Reset below.
May you be well,
Adrienne

Keeping up your yoga practice helps to build your resilience, immunity, and the ability to surrender to what is. As someone once said (um, me?!), “Keep calm and Yin Yang!”
