Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

John 11:25-26

"For the joy set before him, he endured the cross, despising its shame" Hebrews 12:2

In observance of Good Friday, the clergy of Hopkinton invite you to an ecumenical service of worship to be viewed live at noon, Friday, April 10, 2020, through Hopkinton's Verizon channel 30, Comcast channel 8, or youtube.com/hcamtv.

The clergy will be participating from their homes and brought together through Zoom and HCAM. As always, but perhaps never more than this year, we are grateful for the opportunity to gather together safely and united in spirit to remember Christ's sacrifice out of pure love for all of us.
While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom."⁣ Matthew 26: 26-29

You are invited to celebrate a moment of fellowship that Jesus provided to explain His sacrifice for us. ⁣

Communion Service starts this Friday, April 10 at 7pm. Gather your family around your screen of choice, bring some bread & juice, and celebrate with your faith family as we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of our King. No matter how far apart we are physically - we are united in this act of faith.⁣

Easter is this Sunday! The life that Christ provides brings peace for troubling times. This is a place where you can feel hopeful because Christ brings new life. Jesus gave His life for us so that we may receive exceeding joy & peace even when it doesn't make sense. There is hope in Jesus & he has a track record that proves he is faithful & can be trusted.

Although circumstances have changed, we are still gathering in HIS name for a wonderful Online Church Experience. We can't wait to celebrate Jesus with you. 'Sit next to us' on our Facebook this Sunday for Easter at 9 a.m. & join along in the conversation in the comments OR come back later to watch at your own convenience in case you miss it.
