We've missed you!

Welcome to our first Covid-19 update since lockdown began two weeks ago. It has certainly been a strange but interesting time and we hope you and your family are well and safe.

Many of you would have had appointments booked before the lockdown was implemented and we just wanted to touch base to let you know what our plan is for future bookings. We have kept a list of all clients and appointments that were missed and as soon as we know when we can open, we will be in touch with you all to rebook you as soon as possible and in the order you were in so that our regular clients don't miss out on a spot.

Unfortunately, even when New Zealand moves down into level 3, we will not be able to open as we are deemed a non-essential service. It will be when the alert moves down into level 2 that we can open again and deal to all those pesky greys, at least we are all in the same boat!

Although no-one really knows what the future will bring, one thing we can expect is that the hygiene protocols we set in place before lockdown will continue which means that each station and equipment will be sanitised after each client, the bathroom surfaces sanitised, and things like the eftpos and other surfaces cleaned after each use.
