The Governor has issued a new proclamation today that allows tobacco stores to re-open to allow curbside and take-out orders. The caveat is that we must take precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
As a result, Habana Port will be open now for our clients to pick up their orders Monday through Friday. Metairie will operate from 11am to 2pm while Baton Rouge will be open from 11am to 4pm.
Our stores remain closed for entry, but you will still be allowed to purchase and take your tobacco orders from our doors to go.

We are still providing mail orders for your cigars and pipe tobacco needs through these 3 ways:
1. Call our stores Monday to Friday 11 AM to 2 PM to place your order over the phone with a credit card (225-388-5375). Then we can mail you the order or you can pickup.
2. Email us at info@habanaport.com anytime with your name, request, phone number (to call you back to process the credit card; for your protection do not email us your CC number) and address to mail you the order or you can pick up.
3. Shop online on our eCommerce site at CigarEarth.com for a mail order. If you are not familiar with our eCommerce platform, now is a good time to browse some of our catalog. Note that not every item we have in store is listed on the website so if you would like to see a particular cigar there, email us at info@habanaport.com and we will be glad to list it online ASAP.
All of our staff members continue to be rigorous with both store and personal hygiene which includes frequent handwashing, using hand sanitizer, wearing surgical gloves and masks, frequent sanitizing of credit card terminals, door knobs, etc.
As the situation evolves, we may suspend/alter hours to protect the well-being of our staff and clients – we will keep you updated on any changes as they happen (on our Twitter feed).
