The City of Sylvan Lake is now accepting applications for lawn services for the 2020 summer, provided through the Community Development Block Grant program, at no cost to you.  Services include mowing and trimming your lawn.

To qualify, you must be at least 62 years of age with a household income of less than $26,750 for one person, or $30,550 for two persons (both over 62 years of age).  If you are interested, please complete and return the attached one-page application.  You will also need to provide a copy of your driver’s license, voter ID, or other identification that indicates your age, along with your 2019 income tax return. 

Grant funds are limited. The lawn services will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis to qualified applicants.  If you are interested in participating, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.  Applications must be received no later than April 23, 2020.
