Last week, I began to share about the power of partnerships during COVID-19. This week I am going to profile one of those exceptional partners, Five Star Relationships and how they are working with HOPE House to support the mental health of our community.
Thanks to our friends at Five Star Relationships, HOPE House is able to offer free counselling service via phone or video chat to registered HOPE House community members.
I am pleased to say that Mike, our Five Star Relationships counsellor, currently has spaces for new clients. To make an appointment please contact HOPE House's Social Intake Worker, Bob (519-265-4299 ext. 23 or intake@lakesidehopehouse.ca) to complete the referral form. Once the referral form has been completed, Mike will reach out to you to book a counselling session.
