The best ways to spend another Lockdown week

Another week of lockdown to go and we've rounded up an amazing selection of ways to keep your mind, spirit and body in top form.  

In this week's round-up we have an exciting range of free online masterclasses and talks, another line-up of great recipes from some of our favourite Joburg chefs and restaurants plus how to cook the perfect steak, an exciting online shopping option from Bryanston Market, plus a hip hop playlist, live music concerts, ballet, opera and theatre. Easy meals to cook at home

If you've got a craving for those classic signature dishes from your favourite restaurants, why not try recreate them at home! This week Mpho Phalane from Food I Love You makes jollof rice balls, Andrea Burgener from The Leopard shares some classics and Naadir Gattoo from Jasmine cooks home-style Indian.
