On Thursday, April 16, 2020, at 2 pm ET, please join us for the second event of our Talks @ Pulitzer Science and Health Series as Jon Cohen, a Pulitzer Center grantee and science journalist, discusses his reporting on the race to find a vaccine against coronavirus. 

Cohen is a senior correspondent with Science, and the magazine's COVID-19 reporting is supported by the Pulitzer Center. His work is incorporated in the "The Science of COVID-19" project, which explores the nature of the coronavirus, the course of the disease, potential treatments and vaccines, the patterns of spread around the world, and impacts on society.

Cohen is a widely-published magazine writer and author of four nonfiction books on scientific topics. He specializes in biomedicine, and is widely known for his coverage of epidemics (HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, Ebola, influenza), immunology, vaccines, and global health.
