There was an issue with the auto-creation tool on Mailchimp's server (that's the service we use to collect your data when you sign up, and to send you these emails), which means when you tried to log into Streamer your account may not have worked. That issue has now been fixed. Your account should be all set and working. If it's not, please contact us and we'll be glad to help.
