Hi, It's me. Aliza.

Hi again.

Are you surviving or thriving?

I'm not sure what I am. It depends on the moment and whether or not I've read the news.

If you're struggling and need support, a number of mental health organizations have collaborated on a free resource hub to help people address their mental health needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Visit the COVID-19 Mental Health Resource Hub.

Cooped up with the whole family? Common Sense Media put together WideOpenSchool with for online learning, entertainment and activities that are age appropriate. Visit WideOpenSchool.

This Sunday morning 4/12, Andrea Bocelli is performing live and broadcasting globally. He was one of my Dad's most favorite performers. Watch his concert at 10am PT/1pm ET. Then tune into my live online video chat about Surviving Quarantine (info below).

Wellset is offering free online events including yoga classes, guided meditation and more. Visit Wellset and scroll down to see upcoming events.

...

And here are some of the live events I'm hosting this month. To attend, or to receive the recording the following week, please register for each one that strikes your fancy.
