With the lockdown in full swing, why not take the time to create your own Chocolate Easter Cake?
This recipe is not too complicated and I hope you enjoy the process and your achievement. Most of the ingredients would be pantry staples, apart from the totally excessive amount of milk chocolate and cream to make the ganache!!!! But who wouldn't be up for a little chocolate decadence over the Easter weekend?
The decoration on top can be your own creation on how it should look. I saw some great ideas for decorating Easter cakes online. I particularly liked the topping of a medium-sized hollow egg that was broken in half, with little eggs spilling out of it!
