This is an opportunity to ensure that you receive any communication that the BDMHA executive committee wants its members to receive.
We encourage you to subscribe to emails based on your player's DOB as we can send out email to specific player pools depending on the content of the communication (i.e. A U11 parent normally doesn't want to receive emails that are directed to U15 parents). However, if you subscribe to a DOB list, it's still included in our general membership list if we want to sent to the entire association.
If you have multiple players within the association, you can select each respective DOB and in the player name section, type in their names. For example, if you have two players, simply type in John Smith (2011), Jake Smith (2008). Player name is not mandatory so you do not have to include those details.
We also suggest each parent subscribe to ensure emails are being received.
BDMHA will use the information you provide on this form to send communications for the following reasons: General registration, development programs, association updates, general news articles.
Once subscribed, you will remain on our lists until you unsubscribe. We will not clear our email list unless absolutely necessary (i.e. reaching capacity or graduating players email). If you change your email address at any time, please let us know and we can update your subscription manually rather than you submitting a new subscription.
