...superb pave and ruby bar pin, rarest of the rare, a Dujay with a certain date and attribution, from an advert - as so often, by the 'real' jewellers JB Hudson of Minneapolis, October 1941, explaining how close Dujay came to real jewels, in quality - and even price... new advert for 1939 Trifari Philippe 'ombre stone' series flower necklace, striking colour combination of rubies, pale and dark amethysts, and pink topaz... most magnificent of the 1940 Empress Eugenie brooches, Lily of the Valley, also advertised alongside the highest quality (and priced) Dujay and Boucher pieces that year... rare MB Boucher 1940 giant parrot, only second time here, same conception as the flamingo and toucan pins advertised that year in Pittsburgh, by Marcel Boucher in person...
   
...first time here, new 1946 patent, spectacular Trifari Sterling Philippe ruby spangled Turquoise Crescent Moon... lovely Corocraft Maria Camargo Ballerina pin, her arm repositioned by a long-ago fall perhaps, still superb... another new advert, for 1940 patented Philippe blue moonstone and black enamel three flowers bracelet... rare example, never here before, from the KTF 1935 first Ming series, a striking pair of deco dress clips with jade ovals...
   
...more dates for collectors - Hattie Carnegie Pear Cut diamonds choker, dated and identified from the 1955 'Jeweled Smoke' advert... 1947 Reja post-sterling, large and wonderful butterfly, identified from the kite-shaped stones also found in a sterling horse heads chatelaine set... 1947 Boucher pieces in gold pave and emeralds, superb double gaspipes bracelet with characteristic stones and clasp, never seen before Bird of Paradise pin (with characteristic 1947 Boucher minor plating bubbles)....
