Free workshops on Zoom & providing first point of contact
With our second round of Covid-19 lockdowns still in place now is the perfect time to learn new skills from home. Volunteer for Knox are working in partnership with registered training organisation Coonara Community house and hosting another three fabulous online training sessions for volunteers and managers of registered organisations. Zoom is all the rage for connecting people so why not learn to use it properly. It is more than likely here to stay. We have two sessions developing your skills as a Host and also starting as a Beginner. Our third online course is for those people wanting to upskill for job roles. Providing First Point Of Contact will assist you in understanding the importance of learning how to greet visitors, take phone calls, messages and respond to emails and much more.
The workshops are free but please get in quick to register - places are limited. You will need to fill out an enrolment form with registered training provider Coonara Community House who is providing the trainer. You will receive this enrolment form after you register your interest below.
If you are a volunteer manager please forward this email onto your volunteer team.
