Previous presenters agree: It’s the perfect place to share your valuable insights, tools of the trade, triumphs and challenges by using your first-hand experience!
"Presenting was an awesome opportunity to collaborate with a co-presenter doing similar work and to share and get feedback on important work that we were doing in our shop. I would highly recommend taking the opportunity to showcase the big wins (or learnings from epic fails) as a presenter and benefit from a whole new level of professional development."
Colleen Bangs, Director, Alumni Partnerships, University of Calgary

Presenters from all institutional types, departmental roles, backgrounds and levels of experience are welcomed to submit. Calls for proposals are open to everyone, including advancement professionals from member and non-member schools, consultants, corporations, etc. Interested parties from outside the CCAE membership who wish to submit a proposal are required to include a partner from a CCAE member school.

CCAE is dedicated to developing programs and services that are inclusive, equitable, respectful, and ensures they reflect the diversity of our membership. All interested individuals are encouraged to submit proposals. Proposals are welcomed from individuals within visible minorities such as people of colour, Indigenous Peoples, women, people of any sexual orientation or gender identity, and persons with disabilities.

If you require accessibility or other accommodations as a presenter CCAE will work with you to ensure these needs are met.
