Hey <<First Name>>,
The pandemic isn't over but things are slowly returning to normality (finally!). So, we've decided now is the time to restart our studio classes, beginning small to see how things go. Your safety is the most important thing, so to make sure we reduce the risks, we'll be making some changes to how we usually do things.
What we're doing differently
You'll be asked to wash your hands upon arrival 🧼🖐
The studio will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each session 🧽
We'll be keeping windows open (unless it's bloody freezing)
Your host will wear a mask throughout the session, but we won't ask you to as it might get in the way of your tipple 😷
We're limiting studio capacity to 50%to make sure we can have at least 1.5m space between each party 🧍↔️🧍
We'll keep your contact details for 21 days to help the government's track & trace system 📝
We'll provide disposable cups and cutlery (recyclable, of course)☕
Big Hair Parade is a new children's book written by our very own Diana Muendo and illustrated by the unbelievably talented Abby Hobbs!
It's centred around Aisha, a little black girl with afro hair, and it's all about that universal struggle of feeling good with the hair we have and encouraging all little girls, especially girls of colour, to celebrate their hair and it's unique super power.
