Public Invited to Outdoor Concert at Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site


BISMARCK, N.D. – The Former Governors’ Mansion State Historic Site will host folk music singer and songwriter Sonda Sauers on Aug. 6 at 7 p.m. The Mansion is located on the corner of Fourth Street and East Avenue B, Bismarck, and the concert will take place on the west lawn. Those attending are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair as seating will not be provided. Attendees are asked to follow the CDC's recommendations on social distancing and personal hygiene. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be rescheduled. The Mansion and carriage house gallery will not be open during the concert. Access to the carriage house restroom will be available. 

The Former Governors’ Mansion is a state historic site managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, noon-4 p.m. For more information about the Former Governors’ Mansion, contact 701.328.9528.
