August is American Artist Appreciation Month! The US has been home to many fabulous artists throughout history: from Andy Warhol to Georgia O'Keeffe and everyone in between and since. Celebrate the month by discovering new American artists of all kinds.
THE M @ HOME is a virtual museum where you can experience the Minnesota Museum of American Art's current exhibitions, engage with the artwork as a family, and explore resources related to the art and artists on view. Staying connected is more important now than ever, and The M is committed to sharing stories and connecting our communities digitally, for free, and available to all.

Since its founding in 1940, the Walker Art Center has been the catalyst for the creative expression of artists and the active engagement of audiences. Focusing on the visual, performing, and media arts of our time, the Walker programs examine the questions that shape and inspire us as individuals, cultures, and communities. Visit in person or see their website for details about the online events featured in the “Walker at Home” for ways to interact virtually
