The Covid-19 virus made the world stand still and created a paradigm shift for artists globally: for some artists, it was a time of creativity, others, reflection but for most, a loss of exhibitions and unsustainable loss of art sales at home and abroad. Curated by Atim Annette Oton of Calabar Gallery, the artists in this auction are:

Uche Okeke, Nigeria; Alexandre Kyungu, Congo; Marie-Claire Messouma, Ivory Coast; Norbert Okpu, Nigeria; Onyis Martin, Kenya; Johnson Uwadinma, Nigeria; Yvette Hess, South Africa; Sanusi Olatunji, Nigeria; Rostand Pokam, Cameroon; Djibril Drame, Senegal; Mulenga J Mulenga, Zambia; Francis Annan Affotey, Ghana
Roscoe Reid Masters, South Africa; Anne Ntinyari Mwiti, Kenya; William Bakaimo, Cameroon; Gary Frier, South Africa; Patrick Tagoe-Tuckson, Ghana; Clara Aden, Nigeria; Ibou Ndoye, Senegal; Lilian Mary Nabulime, Uganda; Nyemike Onwuka, Nigeria and Clara Erin Classen, South Africa

Work speaks about social justice, change and the future in theme and medium and ranges from $750 to $4000. Buy here:
