We were blessed with an unusual amount of rain over the past week, and especially over the weekend. This past Saturday was cloudy and rainy pretty much all day!
So now the grass is green, the flowers are bright, and the wildfire danger is reduced!

• Frisco and Breckenridge Main Streets have been turned into a promenade. Businesses are able to extend their stores and seating into their Main Streets to allow for social distancing.
• There is talk that these walkable main streets will extend into the fall season!
• Summit School District's new Superintendent, Dr. Marion Smith, Jr, started July 6th
• Summit School District is set to announce our "return to learn" plans on July 31, 2020
• COVID Update as on 7/27/20, Summit County has:
  • 328 positive cases
  • 72 probable cases
  • ages 20-29 are 31% of the cases
  • Men make up 57% of cases

• Real Estate is strong in Summit County
  • July 20-27 (the past 7 days at time of recording), 51 new listings, 109 under contract and 63 sold.
• Supply is very low and demand is extremely high 
• Properties are selling quickly! For the last 7 days (at time of recording)
  • Of the 63 sold, average days on market is 40 and median days on market is 15
  • Of the 109 under contract, average days on market is 55 and median days on market is 26
