Tip #6:
Get out of the house

Make a point to leave the house. Whether you've always worked from home or are finding yourself in this situation due to COVID19, it's critical that you get outside. Go on a bike ride, enjoy your deck or take your dog/kids on a walk. By getting out of the house, you’ll get some much-needed outdoor therapy — in fact, a quick walk may even help boost your creativity.

Tip #7:
Drink plenty of water

Make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day. Dehydration may lead to fatigue and headaches, which may compromise alertness and productivity. Aim to drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day.

Five Considerations for Evaluating Remote Staff

From AHIMA's weekly E-Alert July 30, 2020

As states begin to lift COVID-19 shelter-in-place or self-quarantine directives, our focus will naturally shift to our “new normal.” If some or all of your HIM staff has been working remotely as a result of the pandemic, you are faced with a decision: Bring staff back into office settings or permit them to continue to work remotely. Not to state the obvious, but this decision is not simple and requires your organization to take many factors into consideration.
