Includes Christmas & New Years Week:
(Dec. 19, 2021 – Dec. 26, 2021) &
(Dec. 26, 2021 – Jan. 2, 2022)

Dear Owners Club Members,

This is a friendly reminder to our membership to submit your High Season Reservation Request Forms by the August 1st deadline!

Your reservation requests may be submitted either by fax (972-888-7422), email (reservations@theownersclub.com) or on-line at:
www.theownersclub.com by following the steps below.

If you would like to fill out a paper version to fax or email,

ONLINE RESERVATION REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:

The clubcorp website is still undergoing updates.
Because of this issue, members will NOT need to log-in.

1.) CLEAR YOUR BROWSER HISTORY (Otherwise, you will be sent to the old website.)
Visit www.theownersclub.com

2.) Fill out the form and select your desired reservation dates.

3.) Add Notes

4.) Review, then click "Submit".

To submit affiliate reservation requests, please use the links below:

Once you have submitted your forms, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt from Central Reservations. If your reservations are not confirmed by the applicable dates, please contact Central Reservations (866-846-3999) to discuss alternative arrival dates.

CONFIRMATION DATES:
SEPTEMBER 1st- 7, 10, 11, 14 & 21night reservation requests
OCTOBER 1st- 3 & 4 night reservation requests
NOVEMBER 1st- Affiliate reservation requests
