Flash fiction, a short story less than 1,000 words that encompasses all the usual story elements, is a great exercise for both the experienced author and the budding writer. Tell a story using one of our prompts to be eligible to win a Visa gift card in the following amounts: First place: $75, Second place: $50, Third place: $25.
