, a favorite book, or let your imagination go wild and create your own scene. Anyone may register for their own circle picture frame in the ECLC parking lot next door to the Library. Participants will have from 10 a.m. -11 a.m. to create their design. At 11:00 sharp we will hold an art stroll to admire everyone's chalk drawings (remember social distancing). Artists will receive a goody bag of CHOC-O-LATE for participating in this event.
