- Form 365 (Report of Directors). Due August 1. Email addresses are required for the Grand Knight, Program Director, Family Director, and Community Director so they can receive the registration information for Safe Environment training.
- Review Supreme's list of councils who have a missing Form 365, as of July 29: Form 365 report.
- Semi-Annual Audit (Form 1295). Due August 15. If a council fails to submit two consecutive audits, Supreme may revoke the $5,000 bond that protects councils from misconduct by Financial Secretaries and Treasurers.
- Review Supreme's list of councils who have missing or delinquent audits as of July 29: Audit report.
- Family of the Month (Form 10668). Due the 15th day of each month.

Seminary Mission Fund
- The funds are donated to the Louisiana Seminaries to help pay the cost of the seminarians' mission trips to Central America.
- The requested donation is $200 or more per Council.

Youth Expansion Program Fund.
- Our youth programs, scholarships, youth contests, and Right to Life programs are supported by your council's donations to the YEP Fund.
- Check your quota. The council's Quota is $10 for each “Regular Member.” “Regular member” does not include Inactive Members, Honorary Members, Honorary Life Members, and Disabled Members.
- Make checks payable to “Louisiana State Council” and also put “YEP” and your council number on the check.
