Publicity and Communication
Promote the conference using social media such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest.
Create a “poster” and hashtags to use for publicity.
Design our conference logo.
Speaker Coordination
Recommend potential speakers for lectures.
Recommend potential speakers for workshops.
Recommend keynote speaker and conference closing speaker.
Recommend publicity lectures and speakers, for example Genealogy Quebec, PRDH-IGD, MyHeritage, YourFolks/Mes Aieux, FamilySearch, etc.
Webinars
Host a webinar lecture/workshop, for example introduce a speaker.
Suggest ways to keep attendees engaged, such as on-line draws, questions & answers, etc.
Schedule
Design and determine the conference schedule.

The conference will have both English and French sessions.
“Art” means something intuitive, imprecise, and subjective, a skill cultivated through practice and imagination. “Science” means something researched, measured, and objective.
