Coronavirus (Covid-19) Equality Concerns
Coronavirus Update and Support:

If you have any concerns during the lockdown - it could be anything from housing to mental health, let us know via our short concerns form here.
New Job Roles for Fife Centre for Equalities Staff Team:

We are delighted to announce that the Trustees of Fife Centre for Equalities have approved a new staffing structure for the organisation. From 01 August 2020, all existing and future staff will follow the new structure accordingly.

Lee Ryan, Chair of Fife Centre for Equalities, said:

The Board of Trustees considers that the review of FCE’s structure, with the updates to the job descriptions and changes to position titles of staff, reflects the dynamic and evolving nature of FCE’s work and positions the organisation to respond to future demands.”

Please note that there will be no change to how the staff of FCE can be contacted.

If you wish to find out more about our organisational changes, please do not hesitate to contact Nina Munday, Chief Executive, by email nina@centreforequalities or telephone 01592 645 310.

FCE's Minority Ethnic Older People Project:

FCE’s Minority Ethnic Older People Project started on 27 July 2020! The aim of this project is to identify the needs of Fife residents aged 60 and above from all minority ethnic backgrounds.  The project will be running for 6 months and is supported by three multi-lingual Operational Assistants.

We have welcomed Damian and Ruby for the Romanian and the Chinese roles, respectively. We are still looking for a suitable candidate for the Urdu/ Punjabi role.

If you wish to be part of this new initiative, please contact us on info@centreforequalitiesorg.uk, call 01592 645310 or text 07800 005834.
