Reason for such rejections is one of the following; so please make sure to review the below reasons and put plans in place to correct prior to delivery. No one wants unnecessary rejections that will lead to delays in loading your cargo and accumulating costly storage.

• PO Box address on DR, no PO BOX allow on DR’s
• Exporters and Consignees have same addresses
• Empty boxes on DR’s
• Forwarding Agent information needs to be complete with address and phone number
• Blurry DR’s
