August Market Update


Wow. I don’t know about you but the world has been moving at two speeds for me. I can’t believe that it’s already August, but at the same time, it feels like time is standing still. The school year is just around the corner, and for many of our customers and clients, that means everyone will be learning and working from home. My family, too. This might mean that it's the perfect time for you to find a home where everyone has the space they need. A lot of people have that same thought, as home office space is rising in the list of things that people really want in their homes. We're here to make that list come true for you.

Right now the real estate market is booming! There are more contracts, more closings, and more homes for sale. Why? Interest Rates are at historic lows, which means more buying power. It’s is a great time to buy, and we expect that to continue over the next few months. Early on during the pandemic, inventory was limited, and as such people were scooping up what was available. We still need more listings, so if you are on the fence about selling your home, let's talk.
