Our annual Fall Retreat is currently scheduled for October 5-7, 2020 at Moses Merrill Camp and Conference Center. Our guest speaker is Rev. Dr. Craig Van Gelder, professor at Luther Seminary in St. Paul. He is author of many articles and over 12 books including "Participating in God's Mission" the book he will draw from for our retreat.

This email is to ask if you as a Pastor are comfortable attending the retreat in person. Due to current social distancing requirements space would be limited to accommodate proper meeting space, the need for each person to have private room or cabin, and safe meal preparations. We are also looking at ways to offer the material online in addition to meeting physically for any overflow numbers. We are also considering simply offering the material online and engaging in some sort of digital watch party.

1. I would like to meet in person and am comfortable going to MMCCC on October 5-7.
2. I am not comfortable meeting in person but would still like to engage online while others meet in person on October 5-7.
3. I think nobody should meet in person and everyone should engage online October 5-7.
4. I think we should not offer a fall pastors retreat.
