The summer bounty is upon us! We're switching out vegetable beds as quickly as we can and shifting our focus to transplanting and direct sowing our falls crops. All while at the same time maintaining our weeding and keeping up with the harvests! We're excited to say that we're gaining new customers each week and that our relationships with our regulars are growing. It's fulfilling to have the support of the community. We truly appreciate your love for fresh food-it's what drives us each day!
We had another record market sales day last Saturday! Thank you to everyone for shopping local, and being safe while doing it.

Caraflex Cabbage (on the left) VS. Standard Round Cabbage (on the right)

Everyone asks, "What's so special about the 'pointy' cabbage?" Well, we have cool pictures to show you! We love all cabbage, but the Caraflex variety is special because of how versatile it is to cut and that there is such a small core. The layers of the cabbage tend to be thinner as well. Give it a try and taste it for yourself!

(All the cabbage was eaten after these photos!)
Sandhill Farm Bounty Boxes

As our harvests increase and we experience an abundance of produce (which is a great thing!), we will be offering "bounty boxes".

To find out if a box is available: look for an online post sometime after Saturday's market on our social media accounts, or ask to be emailed!

**These boxes tend to be a limited supply and the produce available in them varies based on the week's abundance. In some cases, there may be no boxes available**
