RAREWALK

Fresh out the oven

Elías Aguirre’s solo show, which we’ve been working on for a long while now, has finally taken its definitive shape.
Rarewalk revolves around an unusual phenomenon: insects plagued by a fungus as an analogy for humankind; it’s about bodies which lose control of themselves.

We recommend reading the review of our performance at the Paco Rabal Cultural Centre in Madrid on the 29th of November, published on magazine site Eter.com.

Puk e Nuk

Two characters, two incarnations

Following performances of the piece back on the 6th and 19th of October and the 19th of November at the Sanchinarro Cultural Centre, Puk e Nuk is at last coming together.

It’s now ready to be presented in two different versions for two different spaces: one for a standard venue and another for less conventional spaces.

We recommend reading the review of Puk e Nuk published on Eter.com.

Imbermoves in Panama

We present the latest image captured by the Imbermoves project. The exhibit by Elías Aguirre is a self-portrait which aims to take control of the space through the art of movement and which combines a perfect blend of photography and dance.

Making the most of the “Shy Blue” trio’s performances at the PRISMA festival, Elías Aguirre captured this image in the historic centre of Panama to add another photograph to the project which has travelled five continents, passing through countries including Spain, Italy, Senegal, Equatorial Guinea, France, Italy, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia…

Workshops in Madrid, Burgos and Cáceres

Elías Aguirre continues to deliver workshops in movement and corporal techniques aimed at actors and dancers, through which he is able to share his unique vision of dance.
It’s a fantastic experience which allows students to learn through the personal search for movement, and where the creative abilities of each actor or dancer play an absolutely vital role.
