Another door swings open.
So it goes with Luce's Gluten-Free Artisan Bread. The business is closing. And, if the tentative agreement I've made with new providers holds, the door that opens will bring gluten-free mixes made with my techniques to diners the world around.
I can't yet say much about the new arrangement, just that the new provider and I have agreed to fundamentals. I can assure you that if our agreement proceeds, you'll have access to the same high quality and easy-to-use products you've come to expect from me - just packaged with a different name on the front.
What I must tell you are details about the closing of my present business - Luce's Gluten-Free Artisan Bread.
Our doors will shut December 22. My last day of production will be Wednesday December 12. Shipping will continue until inventory is depleted, presumably sometime in early 2019. As individual flavors sell out, I'll remove them from the website. If the mix you're looking for isn't on the site, it's unavailable.

As soon as I have more news about the new provider I'll send another email blast, and also post notices on my website and Facebook pages.
During the transition I won't be making mixes, but I will be available for troubleshooting or technical support. I can be reached by email only You'll also have access to recipes through the website.
