sweets, alcohol, celebrations - oh my!
Hi there, Friend

Already I'm finding myself tempted by all of the sweet treats, dinner celebrations, and seasonal parties. Have the joys of the season appeared in full swing for you, too?
 
I thought today it might be helpful to share some strategies to avoid sugar (at least some of it) this holiday season, as well as some thoughts on mindful drinking at the holidays or anytime.

If you're thinking of changing your habits in these or any other healthy-living areas and you could use someone else in your corner as you do it, we can set up an exploratory call to see if coaching might benefit you.

In the meanwhile, since we're talking about sugar, here's an article I wrote earlier about making a homemade sugar scrub for holiday gift-giving. I'll be using peppermint and fir, balsam to scent mine.
