2018 has been another successful year in my real estate world. I am sincerely grateful to all my wonderful clients, homeowners, buyers and sellers for trusting in me. It is such a pleasure to work with you and I truly thank you for your business this past year and look forward to continuing to help you with your needs in the year ahead.

The Holiday Season throughout the area is full of fun filled family activities. The picture above is a glimpse of the Blumination Dream Trail going on in the Blue Mountain Village now through to January 6th, 2019. It is absolutely breathtaking to see. The Real Estate story in our area for November recorded that the average sales price for the entire Western region has continued to climb. In fact, the average sales price is up 20% over this time last year in the Western region. However the actual sales activity was down 7.9% over this time last year which continues to be due to lack of supply and the increasingly difficult lending requirements. Recreational properties continue to be in strong demand, but some property types also face challenges with respect to lending regulations. Check out some of the great new listings below!
