COMMUNITY FOUNDATION GRANT
The Lethbridge and District Music and Speech Arts Festival Society is pleased to have been awarded a 2018 Community Priorities Grant for our Music Equipment Project. The Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta held their Fall Community Foundation Grants Celebration on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. What a happy celebration for all who attended! This grant allows us to purchase additional music stands and carts for the stands.
Music stands are used by many groups throughout the community for their performances. We will be able to support these groups by lending them stands for their rehearsals and performances. The Festival Society uses music stands throughout their festival held every spring.
We are honored to receive this grant and express our thanks to the donors, grant committee, and the Board of the Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta. Thank you to the Community Foundation and everyone that supports Southwestern Alberta through the Foundation!
