And, just like that, there goes another Hanukkah. I'm still thinking about the light that's uniquely mine to shine, how to ignite it, and how to display it publicly and with pride, just like a menorah in the window.
On that note, I'm taking the next couple of weeks to reflect on the past year (2018, not 5779 quite yet...) and dream about the future, so The Ish will be in hibernation for a bit, too.
When The Ish returns, we'll be sharing a round up of our most popular links from 2018.
What were your favorite Arq moments this year? Send me a note and I'll include them in our first issue of The Ish in 2019 (and feel all warm and fuzzy).

THE EL-SALOMONS, COMEDIANS AND WORK/LIFE PARTNERS, ARE JESS AND EMAN.
EMAN HAS A BIT OF A TEMPER AND JESS WEARS THE PANTS IN THE FAMILY. EMAN IS PALESTINIAN AND JESS COMES FROM A LONG LINE OF JEWISH MONTREALERS AND PERUVIAN JEWS. EMAN CAN'T BELIEVE WE FELL FOR RELIGION BUT IS PRETTY OBSESSED WITH IT AND JESS MIGHT CHOOSE TO HAVE AN ADULT BAT MITZVAH SOMEDAY.
THEY'RE SECURE IN WHO THEY ARE AND LOVE EACH OTHER A LOT.
