VCPAC is pleased to announce that each PAC will receive one reimbursement to the 2019 Vancouver Island Parent Conference. This offer is open to parents of students in the Greater Victoria School District. Attendance to the conference is required to qualify and the request for reimbursement will need to come through the PAC.
We are also accepting requests for additional reimbursements to help remove barriers to attendance. These will take into consideration our budget and the number of tickets per school. Please send requests to info@vcpac.ca.
Please have your designated registrant use the code (sent your PAC via email) and input it into the ‘coupon code’ section of the registration form by January 25. After this date any unused codes will be redistributed. In the event that we receive too many codes for your PAC, we will contact you to confirm. Initial payment will need to be made by the registrant or PAC. PACs many then send the reimbursement request to info@vcpac.ca by March 15th at which time funds will be released.

VCPAC has a mailing list service, free of charge, available to all PACs. If your PAC would like to have a subscription-based email list, which parents can automatically opt in and out of, contact info@vcpac.ca

Article ideas and submissions can be sent via e-mail to info@vcpac.ca . Submissions should be sent to us no later than Friday, 9 PM prior to the day of distribution. Communications retains the right to edit all submissions for clarity.
