Non-perishable food items are being accepted through December 19. The Cub Scouts will deliver the food to the Food Bank on December 20. Thank you to Sara Kelly for initiating the MEC Winter Food Drive.
The last day of school before the Christmas Holiday is Friday, December 21. Dismissal is from 11:30 until noon; lunch will not be served. Students return to school on Monday, January 7, 2019. Have a wonderful holiday!

Amber Voorhies, Upper Elementary teacher, will be holding a Love and Logic for Parents workshop on January 11 and 12. Love and Logic is dedicated to making parenting and teaching fun and rewarding, instead of stressful and chaotic. It provides practical tools and techniques that help adults achieve respectful, healthy relationships with their children. The methods are based on a psychologically sound parenting and teaching philosophy called Love and Logic. The workshop will be held in two sessions: Friday evening, January 11, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.; and Saturday, January 12 from 9:00 to noon, and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The cost will be $30 per person or $50 per couple.
