Certification: Friday, December 14th, 2018 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Eligibility criteria:
CLB 5 +
You must be available to attend for the whole duration of the In-class preparation ( Thursday, December 13th from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm) and Certification training period (Friday, December 14th from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm)

In this workshop you will learn how to:
Use the techniques associated with Service Best
Demonstrate the skills for handling difficult situations with customers
Discuss the behaviours and qualities associated with developing and maintaining the positive attitude necessary for providing excellent service
Be more confident in your role as a service professional for your company’s products and services
