For the last 5 seasons, I've been skiing and snowboarding with OvRride. I learned to snowboard that first year and loved it so much that I became a leader the following season. As a leader, my job is to make sure the bus picks you up on time (which can be a challenge for some 3am pickups), gets you to the mountain safely, gets you your lift ticket and rentals, and makes sure that at the end of the day, everyone who was supposed to be on the bus is on the bus. I put on movies for you. If it's too hot, I get the temp turned down. If you thirsty, I give you a free beer. And if you had too much, I make sure you OK. I'll even make sure that if anything happens to you, I go get your noob a__ from the infirmary. The first few seasons were a bit tricky because as a noob myself (watch the videos below), I really couldn't hang. I rode solo a lot and it wasn't so lit. And that feeling stuck with me.
