iBme retreats invite teens (and adults) to experience themselves in new ways through mindfulness practice. In community, they also learn from others, gain perspective on their personal struggles, and develop lifelong connections. We believe that the skills learned are the cornerstones for creating a kinder, more compassionate world.
Help us fulfill our vision
In 2018, 378 teens participated in iBme retreats. Our goal for 2019 is to reach one hundred more! One of the most important ways you can support us is to spread the word — forward this email to a teen, parent, teacher, or community member you think might want to know about us.
